What looks like a roadblock up close may look completely different from God’s perspective. Sometimes we get so focused on what’s right in front of us that we can’t see what God is doing beyond it. We see the closed door; He sees the redirection. We see the delay; He sees the preparation. We see the wall; He sees the whole picture. And sometimes, what we think is an obstacle is actually an opportunity to encounter Him. You don’t have to understand everything He is doing right now to trust that He is doing something. Take a step back. Trust His perspective. He sees what you cannot.
