We know the feeling of waiting for an awesome product to arrive, so we get them to you as fast as we possibly can!
Here are our standard shipping times:
Usually 2-4 weeks -- Due to high demand for some of our most popular products or custom products, please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery.
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery times, please contact our support team using the Contact Form. For products other than clothing, delivery time may take up to 30 days to arrive from our suppliers. The average delivery time is much lower, but we like to make our customers aware that in very rare cases it can take up to 30 days to receive your product(s). Some of our products are shipped from our overseas team directly to you. In the rare event that there is a customs charge, this will be the responsibility of the customer.

Once the order is placed, it's final. Changes or cancellations can not be made once the order is placed. Please please double-check your order before you place it.
If this happens to you, email us as soon as possible, we MIGHT be able to take care of it. However, we can't promise anything if your order has already entered the shipping process, we won't be able to stop it. Contact us anyway, we still care and we'll try to make it right for you. We know how frustrating it can be to pay for something you can't use.

Since we have 4 different warehouses, we don't have all our products in one place, so when you order multiple items at a time, each item may be shipped separately. So you'll probably receive one item before the next. Don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they will get to you! :)
Again, this rarely happens, but if it happens to you, just wait 72 hours.
We will only review replacement or return requests if product is broken or with a print error, provided that it is caused by Project Made New. The user must contact Project Made New support within 30 days after the product has been delivered and provide pictures with defects (please and thank you).
In case of a lost or damaged order, Project Made New will provide a replacement order :)
* Note, that for lost orders over $200 with no tracking information, available refunds will not be provided.
All refunds are issued on case to case basis.
In case there are issues with the reprint, after receiving all the required information, full order refund is placed to your account within 2 business day after notifying Project Made New Customer Care. And you can email us email@example.com
